Sergio Luisoni

Sergio Luisoni and Stefan Welter founded nethub.ch in and nethubUSA.com together in Switzerland in 2002. Sergio started his career as an investment banker at an international bank in Zurich where he learned the ins and outs of the financial world. Years later, he joined the family owned Luisoni Inc., where he acted as CFO and helped implement new IT systems. In 1997 Sergio successfully graduated from the renowned Zurich School of Economy, and received a degree in Business Economy. Sergio's main function at Nethub is of mostly technical and financial nature. He maintains the books and financial transactions and is in charge of upkeeping our servers, backend functions and CMS related projects.

   Stefan Welter

Stefan Welter, co-founder of the nethub venture has been living and working in San Francisco for the last 11 years. Equipped with dual citizenship, he traveled the world looking for waves and wind and eventually enrolled at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. His main studies focused on video and TV production and Stefan graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1998. After a successful career as a producer and cameraman, he founded the video production company BARS+TONE in 2001. In 2003 the team spun off a division called QuickRelease focusing on the rapidely growing market of web video distribution.

Stefan's main focus at nethub is to develop new small business clientele in the United States. He is also actively involved in the marketing and creative aspects of nethub. Last but not least, Stefan brings years of experience in the digital video production and distribution and interactive web applications to the table.
